Pampanga Furniture Industries Foundation, Inc. (PFIF) is in the heart of Central Luzon. Being neighbors to the Asia Pacific's economic haven, Clark Freeport Zone and Subic Bay’s consistently growing Freeport, gateways to international business opportunities.
As the flagship of furniture industry in the province, Pampanga One holds exciting events such as bi-annual local trade shows tagged as "Pampanga Furniture and Furnishing Exposition". This program is supported by the provincial government thru the leadership of Governor Lilia G. Pineda.
Sometime in March 2003, Pampanga One hosted the Philippine International Furniture Show "Manila Now" at Expo Filipino in Clark Freeport Zone. Most of the furniture manufacturers and exporters graced the said event and showcased the best products of Pampanga from furniture, furnishings, accessories and lighting fixtures, among others.
Borders of great designs are boundless. As Pampanga One takes the freedom of combining various techniques, materials and styles in furniture making, every fine piece are possible. From living, dining, bedroom and kitchen collection, Pampanga One creates furniture using mixed media materials from wood, rattan, metal, wrought iron, plastics and other indigenous resources.Read more
We are a highly organized, non profit business organization of Furniture Industry in Pampanga that provide its members, affiliates and other stakeholders;
- A competent and efficient secretariat that delivers well implemented programs and services.
- A venue for members to collaborate with each other and discuss Industry-related concerns
- A voice to the nation on industry-related concerns.
To be the prime business support organization of the furniture industry in Pampanga.
The PFIF Inc has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement on the establishment of a Bamboo Center and the development of a sustainable bamboo propagation program.
Part of the PFIF INC commitment to this project is the allocation of its common service facility for product research and development utilizing bamboo as an alternative material for the production of furniture and furnishings for local and export markets.
As one of the hubs in the processing of bamboo parts and components, PFIF INC has been approved by the Department of Trade and Industry machineries and equipment under its shared service facilities. This facility will serve as a research and development center for furniture, furnishings and other engineered bamboo products.
Aside from this, PFIF INC in partnership with the Department of Science and Technology & DTI Region III will implement skills training on different bamboo applications and product design and development program. DOST Region III will also provide PFIF Inc. an additional machines to intensify the research and development and technology advancement on bamboo production.
